The London Middlesex Immigrant Employment Council (LMIEC) and the Access Centre for Regulated Employment (ACRE) are seeking your assistance in identifying professional immigrant networks established in London Region. For this environmental scan, professional immigrant networks (PINs) are defined as organized, volunteer-run groups created by and for internationally-educated and experienced professionals who seek to:
What is the purpose of the scan?
This scan will help connect stakeholders in our region to a “network of networks” being established through the work of the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC). The goal of TRIEC’s PIN project is to work collaboratively with immigrant networks to increase their capacity, so they can achieve more success in connecting their skilled immigrant members to meaningful employment.
