By accessing the LMIEC Website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions of use, which terms and conditions may change from time to time. You agree to be bound by such changes when posted on the LMIEC Website. As an unincorporated body, the LMIEC operates under the management and administrative sponsorship of WIL Counselling & Training for Employment (“WIL”). The LMIEC is a project of the Employment Sector Council London-Middlesex (“ESCLM”). The LMIEC, ESCLM and WIL reserve all rights at law and equity, including the right to block your access to the LMIEC Website from your Internet address if you violate any of the following terms:

WIL is the owner of the LMIEC Website which is protected by copyright laws. You shall not copy, publish or distribute any aspect of the LMIEC Website without the prior written consent of WIL.
Trademarks
The trademarks and logos displayed on the LMIEC Website are the property of WIL or other third parties. You are not permitted to use these trademarks for any purpose without the prior written consent of WIL or the relevant third party, as applicable.

The LMIEC Website contains links to third party websites which the LMIEC, ESCLM and WIL do not control. Accordingly, the LMIEC, ESCLM and WIL are not responsible for the content of any such third party websites, which you use at your own risk.

The LMIEC, ESCLM and WIL recognize the importance of the privacy and protection of participating employers’ information. Distribution lists are not shared. Every transaction involving the handling of personal data (collection, use, transfer, disclosure, storage, accessing, processing, etc.) will continue to be conducted in a private manner in accordance with privacy laws.
Personal information may be required in connection with your application to become an Employer Leader, contact us or sign-up for our newsletter. If you provide the LMIEC with such personal information, you agree that the LMIEC may use this information and disclose it to others only for the purpose of processing your application to become a LMIEC Employer Leader, respond to your request or add you to our distribution lists.
LMIEC Employer Leaders are often invited to have their company and its promising practices profiled on the LMIEC Website. You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to the LMIEC for posting on the LMIEC Website is accurate, up-to-date and complies with all applicable laws. The LMIEC, ESCLM and WIL accept no responsibility for inaccurate or unlawful information. LMIEC, ESCLM and WIL reserve the right to delete any information you provide in the event that it contains any information that violates any applicable law. LMIEC Employer Leaders may opt out of the Governance Council listing, Employer Leader listings, Featured Employer Leader listings and E-tip highlights by faxing a signed letter to LMIEC at (519) 663-5377.
