There are many organizations here in London Region that can help you as you begin your job search. To help you find out more about these agencies and steps for getting started, the London & Middlesex community has come together to develop some helpful resources including:
- Global Talent: A Newcomers Guide to Finding Work in the London Region: Developed by the London Economic Development Corporation, this handbook provides helpful tips on how to prepare for and connect with job opportunities in London Region.
- The London & Middlesex Immigration Web Portal: This portal is a one-stop website to help you move to our community, get settled and start a new life. The website highlights life in London & Middlesex County (Ontario, Canada) and links you to programs and services for employment, education, housing, health care, childcare, recreation and culture and key provincial and federal resources.
- LMIEC Portal Update: The LMIEC posts a quarterly update to the Portal. The update is designed to help you link to labour market information available online and highlight some of the skill sets that LMIEC Employer Leaders are looking for today and in the years ahead.
Some of London Region's newest bridge training programs for internationally trained professionals include:
