The LMIEC is led and supported by a multi-stakeholder coalition of volunteers:
- The employer-led Governance Council provides strategic direction to the LMIEC and champions its initiatives among the broader business community.
- A volunter Advisory Committee of community partners offers guidance, information and support to the LMIEC in furthering its mandate and purpose.
- LMIEC Employer Leaders share promising practices in recruiting, hiring and retaining internaitonal talent with colleagues in their institutions, netoworks and industry sectors.
- A range of community stakeholders contributes their expertise as Associate members through LMIEC Task Groups and events.
